POPE REELS

We build new pope reels or retrofitting of existing pope reels.
Our pope reels are  with variable control of the load.
They may be hydraulic or pneumatic version.

The reel drum which controls the winder is provided with cooling system and doctor
Primary arms are synchronized and can  control the pressure also in the first phase of the winding
Secondary arms driven by hydraulic cylinders
The reel spool is launched at the correct speed device according to the speed of the machine
The pressure during the winding is ensured by hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder depending on the version of the pope reel.
The whole is managed by a PLC that allows to prepare the exchange with operator command or the achievement of a diameter  or with a signal pertaining to the customer.
