L.B.Z. Lavorazioni Meccaniche was founded in 1995 from the experience and determination of its founding partners, with the aim of providing the paper industry with a wealth of technical expertise developed in the field of maintenance and mechanical processing.
From the very beginning, the company has stood out for its focus on quality, the reliability of the solutions offered, and its ability to respond to the specific needs of paper mills. Born as a company specialized in maintenance, L.B.Z. has always maintained a vision oriented toward growth and the continuous development of its skills.
Thanks to constant investments in know-how, organization, and production technologies, L.B.Z. has progressively expanded its field of activity, adding the construction and overhaul of mechanical components for paper machines to its maintenance services, consolidating over time its role as a technical partner for numerous companies in the sector.
Over the years, the company has grown and consolidated its position, constantly expanding its skills from both a technical and production perspective. Alongside its maintenance activities, it has developed increasing specialization in the design, construction and overhaul of mechanical components and assemblies for the paper industry, including rollers, tensioners, regulators, scrapers, unwinders, winders, suction rolls, press rolls and flat tables.
The natural evolution of this path led to the production of rewinders with supporting rollers and motorized shafts, which over time have become the company’s main area of specialization and now characterize its offering on both the national and international markets.
In 2025, L.B.Z. took another important step in its growth path with the inauguration of a new production building, built on an adjacent area of over 4,000 m². This investment makes it possible to optimize the assembly activities of complete machines and systems, increasing production capacity and improving operational efficiency.
Today, L.B.Z. Lavorazioni Meccaniche is a company specialized in the design, construction, overhaul and maintenance of machines and components for the paper industry. Thanks to more than thirty years of experience, the company supports paper mills and plant manufacturers with reliable solutions, technical expertise and a quality-oriented approach.
